A NONSTOP TALKER
He talks a lot
but doesn’t
say anything.
Babbling,
eyes on fire,
a spittle-laced
blather.
Weary listeners
want to punch
him in the face.
A motor-mouth,
a train wreck
off the tracks.
Anxiety driven
chatter reminds him
he exists,
when he’s not here,
or anywhere.
He doesn’t know how
to change his life.
